150 N. Riverside

A 54 story high rise office building on the west bank of the Chicago River, 150 N. Riverside rises and expands off of a base a mere 39 feet wide. Chicago Decking built a 660 ton Manitowoc 888 ringer crane on a barge, and floated it down the Chicago River and anchored it outside of the building’s footprint to set the lower floors. 150 N. Riverside was topped off in 2016 and completed in 2017.
